It is a massive urban sprawl where each precinct in the department is in charge of huge swaths of land in Japan. The police department is international with American, Hong Kongers, Canadians, and Egyptians there too. The police department is armed with cyberpunk equipment, and heavily armed weapons. The Anti-Terrorist Taskforce is seen as a premier NTPD swat team.
Name: Jack Chang Alias: Mr. Big, Rawhide Kobayashi Personality: Talented, evil, cruel, violent, abrasive, cunning, About: Jack Chang grew up in poverty, struggling to survive until he met a ninja clan known as the Shinohara. He was able to take it over, and use it to then turn the entire ninja clan to smuggling cocaine in Neo-Tokyo. He transformed the Shinohara from a minor ninja clan to the most major cocaine smuggling ninja motorcycle gangs in the world. He rules with an iron fist crushing all enemies, and has evaded the police because he is trained as a ninja. He plans to take over all of Neo-Tokyo, and the world through becoming a criminal mastermind. Special: He uses Rawhide Kobayashi as his ninja name thus ensuring nothing sticks to Jack Chang, hence why he is able to get away with all sorts of evilness.
Shinohara is the name of the cocaine smuggling ninja biker gang that uses their ninja skills to smuggle cocaine in. They are all elite trained ninjas who have superior stealth skills that appear out of nowhere and attack to kill people. They're super cool, and dangerous. The police constantly struggle against them, and deemed a terrorist unit by the ATTF.
Population: 30,000,000 Demographics: Majority Japanese, with huge American, European, and Egyptian minority. Neighborhoods: The Upper district (Where all the rich people live), Old Tokyo (Where Tokyo proper resides with all its neighborhoods), The Arcology (Massive crime ridden sprawl), NTPD HQ, The Imperial Palace, Coptic Town (Egyptian neighborhood in Little Tokyo), Yankee town (huge American expatriate community). About: Built out as a massive sprawl of Tokyo, it is about the size of Puerto Rico. It is full of people who now call this place home, with massive megacorporations living in the upper spires of this town. The police are overworked trying to hold back crime, and terrorists are having a field day. Luckily, ATTF exists to combat these terrorist units.
Name: Cheryl Wong Alias: Lieutenant Cheryl Wong Personality: Honorable, gallant, abrasive, crass, working-class, irascible, maternal Appearance: Black bob-cut, olive skin, round face, 5-foot-eight-inches tall, athletic body. About: She is the lieutenant of the Anti-Terrorism Task Force for the New-Tokyo Police Department. She is overworked, and constantly yelling at her subordinates about why they did X, Y, and Z. She constantly has to take blood pressure medication as she always bringing in high energy and being enraged. She is by the books cop, and will always try to be there for her men too. She just expects them to do their job.
Name: John Pulaski Alias: Rookie, FNG (Fucking new guy) Personality: Naive, talkative, gallant, talented, cunning, crass, sprightly Appearance: Purple crew cut, olive skin, round face, 6-foot-two-inches tall, athletic body, blue eyes About: John always wanted to be a cop, and he gotten accepted and passed the academy. He is part of the ATTF, and new to the unit, bringing bright eyed enthusiasm into the unit. He's by the books, and takes criticism well. He's scored high marks, but tends to give people the benefit of the doubt. His naivety is due to him not being cynical about people.
